8 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by United States substantive law to the exclusion of the international conflict of laws provisions thereof and to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of Your use of the Site shall be the place of business of Nobel Biocare.
